1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India via reliable courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping fee of ₹40–₹60, depending on your delivery location.
Any active “Free Shipping” promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days
Rural or remote areas: 5–8 working days
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as weather disruptions, courier constraints, or festive seasons. Tracking details will be provided for full transparency.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID
Name of the courier partner
A tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time

6. Delivery Issues
Delayed delivery? Contact our support team for live updates.
Package damaged? Please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Lost in transit? Upon courier confirmation, we’ll either reship your order or issue a full refund.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Ensure you enter a complete and correct delivery address to avoid delays.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us. It can be re-shipped upon customer request (additional charges may apply).
